Academy Overview
Lee Man Youth Academy is affiliated with Lee Man Football Club, aiming to provide professional training programs for young footballers aged 6 to 18. This allows them to balance their studies and training while enhancing their football skills. The academy promotes talented young players to the first team, enabling them to embark on a professional football career.
In 2022, the academy was awarded the AFC "Elite Youth Scheme" one-star certification, becoming the second youth academy in Hong Kong to receive this rating.
In addition to regular training, the academy also allows students to participate in various competitions, including local and overseas matches. This enables students to interact with players from different regions, thereby accelerating their technical development and broadening their horizons.
Youth Teams
Lee Man Youth Academy currently has seven youth teams, including U8, U9, U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18. The aim is to provide appropriate training for each age group and promote capable students to higher age group teams, ensuring they receive suitable training.
